Meet Our Team
Our team diverse and experienced team is committed to helping others in need.
Our Staff
OATH Recovery services are supervised by its Homeless Outreach Prevention Empowerment (HOPE) Coordinator, Kaitlynn Riggins. The HOPE Coordinator Position is funded through a Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (R-CORP-Impact) grant awarded to Unison Behavioral Health. The HOPE Coordinator links clients with resources and services such as individual and group counseling, recovery, telehealth, in-person appointments, housing, and social services support.
Our Board
The work we do at OATH Recovery would not be possible without the generosity of local donations by individuals, churches, non-profit agencies, and businesses. Equally important are the individuals who volunteer to serve on our Board of Directors. Directors provide the experience, guidance and governance of our organization. Our regular board meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month. In addition, Directors on our Community Engagement, Operational Affairs, and Fundraising committees. Committees meet between regular board meetings to further the business of the organization. Directors also fundraise for the organization and recruit volunteers and potential Directors. Directors typically provide an average of 4-6 hours of service each month and serve three-year terms. Officers are elected annually. If you have questions regarding service on the board, feel free to contact any of our Directors. For additional information, please email bo***@**********ry.org
Our Peer Advisory Committee
The Peer Advisory Committee consists of 4 and 8 persons living in recovery from substance use disorder or with a history of lived experience with homelessness. The Peer Advisory Committee meets monthly, and their lived experience informs and advises the Board of Directors regarding programming, peer support, and service delivery to persons to the communities OATH Recovery serves.
